Duvenbeck had secured significant new contracts in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary and needed experienced workers quickly to scale up operations.
Strategy
Fast launch in Hungary
We kicked off the partnership through LUTO Hungary in Hegyeshalom, deploying 30 experienced workers.
Expansion into additional countries
Building on a successful start, we extended support to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and then Germany.
Flexible multi-country model
Staffing support across multiple sites simultaneously, with unified coordination across all countries.
The client's main concern was quality. They couldn't afford to bring 40 people over and find out they couldn't read technical drawings.
Our solution
We launched in Hegyeshalom, where LUTO Hungary placed 30 experienced workers. The strong start led to expansion into the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany.
