Frequently asked questions
How does the whole process work from the start?
Choose a position on the website or call us. We’ll go through your requirements, explain the terms, and sign the contract in person or electronically. We’ll arrange transport or advise on the journey. Your accommodation is ready before you arrive.
Do I have to pay any placement fees?
No. Our service is completely free for candidates. There are no agency fees.
How long does it take from first contact to starting work?
In most cases, 1–2 weeks from first contact to start date. For some positions, we can move faster.
Can I choose which country I work in?
Yes, just let us know your preferences when you apply. We have the most positions in Germany, but we also place workers in other EU countries.
What if something happens to me abroad or I get sick?
Your regional coordinator will help you see a doctor, deal with authorities, and handle any problem that comes up. You won’t be dealing with it alone.
Can I go home any time?
Of course. If you decide to leave, just let us know, and we’ll handle everything smoothly and fairly.
Will I get a contract in my language?
We issue contracts in Czech, Slovak, German, Ukrainian, and Romanian. If your language isn’t on the list, contact us and we’ll find a solution.
Can I go without knowing German?
Yes. Your regional coordinator will help with communication at work and in everyday life. You don’t need German to work well in Germany.
Can two of us go together?
Yes. We have projects where couples, friends, or families can work together. Just let us know when you apply and we’ll do our best to place you both.
Is the work long-term or seasonal?
Both. We have permanent positions and seasonal contracts. It depends on what you’re looking for. We’ll find the option that works for you.
What if I don’t like the job?
We run projects across different sites and locations. If your current position isn’t working for you, we’ll look for an alternative that’s a better fit.
How does accommodation work?
We arrange and fully cover the cost of accommodation. You’ll live close to your workplace, in decent conditions with Wi-Fi. We don’t use overcrowded hostels. The housing standard matters to us.
When do I get my first pay?
Salary is paid by the 15th of every month. If you need money sooner, we offer weekly advance payments so you have a financial cushion from the start.
