How does the whole process work from the start?

Choose a position on the website or call us. We’ll go through your requirements, explain the terms, and sign the contract in person or electronically. We’ll arrange transport or advise on the journey. Your accommodation is ready before you arrive.

Do I have to pay any placement fees?

No. Our service is completely free for candidates. There are no agency fees.

How long does it take from first contact to starting work?

In most cases, 1–2 weeks from first contact to start date. For some positions, we can move faster.

Is the work physically demanding?

Warehouse work is physical, but it varies depending on the role and the site. It typically involves walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods. We’ll always tell you exactly what a position involves before you commit.

Can two of us go together?

Yes. We have projects where couples, friends, or families can work together. Just let us know when you apply and we’ll do our best to place you both.

Do I need my own car?

No, a car isn’t required. Most of our worksites are within walking or cycling distance. Having a car is a bonus – it opens up more options – but it’s not a condition.

Is the work long-term or seasonal?

Both. We have permanent positions and seasonal contracts. It depends on what you’re looking for. We’ll find the option that works for you.

What if I don’t like the job?

We run projects across different sites and locations. If your current position isn’t working for you, we’ll look for an alternative that’s a better fit.

What are the working hours?

Most positions run on two or three shifts – morning, afternoon, and night. The exact schedule varies by site. We’ll always confirm the details in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Can I choose which country I work in?

Yes, just let us know your preferences when you apply. We have the most positions in Germany, but we also place workers in other EU countries.

What kind of warehouse will you work in

  • Ambient warehouse (+15/+20 °C): Handling goods at room temperature. Typically food, electronics, or industrial parts.
  • Chilled warehouse (+1 to +6 °C): Working with fresh produce and dairy products. Expect a cooler environment – we provide warm clothing.
  • Frozen warehouse (−25 °C): Working with frozen goods in protective clothing. Shifts are shorter due to the temperature; pay is higher.
  • Pick by Voice warehouse: Picking orders by following voice instructions through a headset. You only need to know German numbers – the system handles the rest.
  • Wholesale logistics centre: Large distribution warehouses for retail chains. Varied work and room to grow.
